Referral Partner Program
Program terms
Simple, transparent rules for the Property Spa Referral Partner Program.
Eligibility
Referral partners must be 18 or older and provide accurate contact information. Property Spa may approve, pause, or decline any partner account at its discretion.
Attribution
A referral is credited when the customer submits a Free Estimate request using your referral link or enters your referral code, or when Property Spa records the referral manually. Attribution lasts 90 days from the customer's first visit through your link. If more than one partner could be credited, the first valid attribution wins.
Commission qualification
A submitted lead does not by itself earn a commission. Commission is earned only after the referred job is completed, invoiced, and paid in full by the customer, and after Property Spa approves the commission. Commission is calculated on collected revenue, excluding taxes, tips, refunds, and chargebacks.
Payment
Approved commissions are paid on the schedule shown in your partner dashboard, typically within 30 days of approval. Payment methods include check, ACH, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or cash. Partners are responsible for their own taxes; a Form 1099 may be issued where required by law.
Self-referrals and conduct
Partners may not refer themselves, submit fraudulent or duplicate leads, bid on Property Spa branded search terms, send unsolicited bulk messages, or represent themselves as employees of Property Spa. Violations may result in reversal of commissions and removal from the program.
Customer privacy
Partners see only limited, masked information about referred customers: first name and last initial, city, service category, referral status, and their own commission details. Full addresses, contact details, photos, internal notes, and pricing are never shared with partners.
Program changes
Property Spa may update commission rates, program structure, or these terms at any time. Changes apply to referrals submitted after the change takes effect. Partners will be notified by email of material changes.
