Property Spa serves homeowners and businesses across Asheville and the surrounding Western North Carolina communities. Our mountain climate is hard on exteriors — shade, humidity, pollen, and heavy rain give algae and mildew every advantage they need.
We built this company around the work most people skip: matching the method to the surface. Siding gets soft washing. Concrete gets an even surface-cleaner pass. Decks get properly cleaned and dried before a drop of stain is applied. It takes longer, and it is the only way to get a result that lasts.
